How many people can Vila Amira host?
The villa has 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, sleeping 12 adults plus 2 children in total. It is rented ONLY as a whole — we do not rent out individual rooms.
How much does one night cost?
Rates start at 1100 RON (about €220) per night for the entire villa, on off-season weekdays. Prices vary by season — full details on the Rates page.
What deposit do I need to confirm a booking?
The deposit is 50% of the total, paid by bank transfer against an invoice. At check-in we also ask for a 500 RON cash security deposit, returned in full at departure if there is no damage.
How do I pay the deposit?
Once we confirm availability, we issue an invoice for the 50% deposit, which you pay by bank transfer. The booking becomes firm when the deposit arrives — you get a confirmation by email.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation at least 14 days before arrival — the deposit is fully refunded. Between 7 and 14 days, half of the deposit is refunded. Under 7 days or no-show, the deposit is not refunded.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: 14:00 – 20:00. Check-out: 07:00 – 12:00. Arriving or leaving outside these hours? Write to us 24h ahead and we will work something out.
Do children get reduced rates?
Children under 10 stay for free. Between 10 and 15 the rate is 30 RON per night. From 15 up they count as adults.
Is there parking at the villa?
Yes — free, secure parking right in the courtyard, with 3 spots for guests. No extra charge.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately we cannot accept pets at Vila Amira. If you need a pet-friendly option in the area, we are happy to point you to other places in Predeal.
How far is the ski slope?
The Clăbucet slope is 900 m away in a straight line (a bit more by road — a few minutes by car). The Cioplea slope is about 1.2 km, the train station 1.5 km and the town centre 1 km.
Is breakfast included?
No — the villa does not provide breakfast or other meals. The kitchen, though, is fully equipped for a group of 12, and the centre of Predeal, with its shops and restaurants, is about 1 km away. Most groups simply cook together.
